Carrie is a graduate of Belford University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She joined the Associates in Neurosurgery team in 2006 and has over ten years experience in administration and healthcare. She has obtained continuing education credits from the Assisted Living Federation of America in the areas of Risk Management, Recruitment and Hiring. Her continuing education credits also include the Department of Elder Affairs Law and Rule Update.

Kellie Huckeba
Office Supervisor
Kellie graduated from Seminole Community College with an Associates Degree in General Education. She has completed the Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant programs at Americare School of Nursing. She joined Associates in Neurosurgery in 2006 with eight years of experience in customer service. Kellie wishes to pursue a career in legal studies in the future. |
Jackie Niles
Billing Department Supervisor
Jackie has worked in the medical billing field for over 25 years. Before neurosurgery, Jackie's prior billing experience included orthopedics, family practice, internal medicine, general surgery and vascular surgery. Her responsibilities include billing and coding, collections, posting charges and payments, and assisting patients with questions about their account. She also supervises the billing department. Jackie routinely attends conferences for advanced medical coders. |
Sandra Hopson
Billing Coordinator
Sandra is a graduate of the Americare School of Nursing where she received her certificate in medical billing and coding. Sandra is an active member of the Associates in Neurosurgery billing staff. Her continuing educational credits include certification in CPR and First Aid as well as electronic claims billing seminars. |
Kristie Colgan
Office Staff
Kristie joined our team in 2007 as a front office staff member and has been a great asset to our team learning medical assistanting and procedure scheduling. She comes from a customer service background and has found the challenges of the medical field to be exciting. She is currently pursuing her degree in medical billing and coding and hopes to remain a valued part of our team as she completes her degree. |
Shereen Galloway
Office Staff
Shereen recently joined our team in 2009. She has proven a valuable member for learning both front office and medical assisting roles. Her background is in medical assisting and she plans to continue her education by obtaining her nursing degree. Shereen is currently working to this goal by classes at the local community college. |
Katrina Weed
Clinical Research Coordinator
Katrina graduated Cum Laude from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a Specialization in Neuroscience. She interned with Associates in Neurosurgery after her freshman year of college, and has now returned to contribute more to our team. Katrina is in the process of applying to medical school, and hopes to use what she learns at AIN to pursue a career as a neurologist or neurosurgeon. She is also enjoys volunteering her time to several organizations in the community. |
