Tracy Harvill, Practice Administrator
Tracy is a graduate of University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She joined the Associates in Neurosurgery team in 2011 and has over ten years of experience in administration and healthcare. She is an active member of the Florida Medical Group Management Association. She obtains annual continuing education credits from the State of Florida, Florida Hospital and a variety of local organizations.
Jennifer Clements, Clinical Coordinator
Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor’s in Science degree. She is a recent addition to our team at Associates in Neurosurgery. Her responsibilities focus on the progression of research studies, schedule coordination and marketing outreach. She holds certification with the Institutional Review Board and the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative. She plans to pursue her Master’s degree with a focus in clinical research.
Jackie Niles, Billing Manager
Jackie has worked in the medical billing field for over 25 years. Before neurosurgery, Jackie’s prior billing experience included orthopedics, family practice, internal medicine, general surgery and vascular surgery. Her responsibilities include billing and coding, collections, posting charges and payments, and assisting patients with questions about their account. She also supervises the billing department. Jackie routinely attends conferences for advanced medical coders.
Sandra Hopson, Billing Coordinator
Sandra is a graduate of the Americare School of Nursing where she received her certificate in medical billing and coding. Sandra has been an active member of the Associates in Neurosurgery staff since 2005. Her continuing educational credits include certification in CPR and First Aid as well as electronic claims billing seminars. She is currently pursuing her billing and coding certification.
Michelle Turner, Procedure Scheduling/Office Staff
Michelle comes to us with over eight years of experience in the healthcare field and is cross-trained in both front office and surgery scheduling. She has a background in entry level billing and financial counseling for medical offices. She has completed college courses in information technology and is pursing a degree in medical billing and coding. She is involved in her community and is currently exploring
Keona Fedrick, Medical Assistant/Office Staff
Keona is a graduate of Central Florida College with a degree in Medical Assisting. Her background includes three years of experience in pediatric gastroenterology, and an additional two years in customer service. She is certified in First Aid and CPR. Keona has trained with us in front office and medical assisting responsibilities. She hopes to continue her education with an additional degree in ultrasound technology.
