Patient Feedback is a Gift that Helps Doctors Improve Health Care
We are encouraging all patients to give the gift of feedback by rating their doctor online. The best gift patients can give their doctor and fellow patient is honest, constructive feedback. This allows patients to make informed decisions about what kind of experience they will have in our office and what kind of services the doctor will provide.
We receive many thank you’s and updates from our patients letting us know what an impact our care has made on their lives. Most of these instances come from patients that have undergone surgery and have made remarkable recoveries, greatly changing the landscape of their lives. However, there are also other instances where patients have come to us for a second opinion or who have decided not to pursue surgery that are excited to have a doctor clearly explain their options and support their non-surgical decisions. Whatever your situation may be, we would love for you to share it with others.
